2. Product Usage

  • Biomass stoves must be used according to the provided operating guidelines.
  • The customer is responsible for proper installation, operation, fuel handling, and maintenance.
  • MountainWalls shall not be liable for damages caused due to improper usage, unauthorized modification, negligence, or commercial misuse.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • MountainWalls reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical issues.
  • In such cases, the customer will receive a refund only for the amount paid.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • MountainWalls is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Warranty, if applicable, is limited only to manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, rusting due to environmental conditions, misuse, overheating, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Consumable parts and accessories are not covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MountainWalls shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Sonitpur, Assam, India.

Refund & Return Policy

1. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of the product, all sales are considered final.
  • Refunds will not be provided once the order has been shipped or delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Product

  • Customers must report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
  • After verification, MountainWalls may, at its sole discretion:
    • provide replacement parts,
    • repair support,
    • replace the product,
    • or provide store credit.
  • Refund requests for minor scratches, cosmetic marks, or issues not affecting functionality will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

  • Returns, if approved, must be sent in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
  • Used, damaged, modified, or improperly packed products will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless explicitly approved by MountainWalls.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products purchased during promotional or discounted offers

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation by MountainWalls

MountainWalls reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Operational or technical issues

In such cases, the customer will receive a refund for the amount received.
